11. Refrain from using this service for commercial purposes (i.e. spam, information gathering, etc.).

12. Refrain from posting copyrighted content without permission from the owner.

13. Refrain from posting URLs or instant messenger IDs/numbers in the text of your Spirit Mates Personals Profile.

13. Refrain from posting a photo if:

• you are not in it
• your face is not clear
• it contains an image of you as a child or it is more than 2 years out of date
• it contains more than two recognizable people
• it is something other than a JPG file
• it includes contact info
• it is not rightside-up
• it is a "collage" of images
• it is a duplicate of another photo
